Had a birthday party for my son today, beware! DONT COME EARLY. We got there 30 mins before our schedule time, so I have to get there exactly at the time and give out cards take our orders. Really! Also beware! That they don't give you water cups for your guests. You would have to purchase a individual fountain cup per adult guests at $3 each. It really ruined our experience and our day. I had to talk to 3 different people including 2 managers before they agreed to give me some clear water cups. My sister in law had a birthday party there and they gave her cups no problem. I guess they changed their policy because people were taking free pop. I understand that but when you pay for a party and you have pitchers of pop and water who cares who gets what your paying for it. I understand regular guest implementing that rule but not for parties.
